Para solicitar un certificado de Bautismo, Primera Comunion, Confirmacion, Matrimonio u otro registro parroquial, por favor lea las condiciones a continuacion, acepte los terminos y complete el pago de $20. Despues del pago, sera dirigido al formulario de solicitud donde podra proporcionar los detalles del registro que busca.
To request a Baptism, First Communion, Confirmation, Marriage, or other parish record certificate, please read the conditions below, accept the terms, and complete the $20 payment. After payment, you will be directed to the request form where you can provide the details of the record you are looking for.

La tarifa de $20 corresponde unicamente a la busqueda del registro en los libros sacramentales de la parroquia.
El pago de esta tarifa no garantiza que el certificado o registro pueda ser localizado.
Por razones de privacidad y seguridad, no enviaremos ni entregaremos ningun certificado hasta que podamos verificar satisfactoriamente la identidad de la persona que lo solicita y su derecho a recibir dicho registro
Si no podemos verificar su identidad, el certificado no sera enviado, aunque el registro haya sido localizado.

The $20 fee covers only the search of the parish sacramental records.
Payment of this fee does not guarantee that a certificate or record will be found.
For privacy and security reasons, we will not send or release any certificate until we can satisfactorily verify the identity of the person requesting it and their right to receive the record.
If we cannot verify the requester’s identity, the certificate will not be released, even if the record is located.
